Wish: Since it's my last year of high school, of course it's all about studying! I'm also hoping to have fun at events.
Memorable Day: March 2009. Stage work was fun and it was there that I thought, "I want to become a better dancer!"
I think it's kind of funny how close all of their birthdays are. And I'm shocked to learn Kishi's height. 180????? With that baby face? Massu and Sho aren't that far behind. Actually, they're all quite tall. Chino Aoi...how tall will he become??? Let me imagine....
I can't see it.

Although I'm still not 100% sure, looking through some Japanese blog posts, I've semi-confirmed that Masuda Ryo is indeed half Japanese. And Half Pakistani. His father is Pakistani and his mother is Japanese.

Translation: Wink Up April 2010: Remain A Friend
Takada Sho
I don't think I've ever truly fought with my friends na... When I get angry, my usual pattern is that I become sullen and don't speak. How to put it? Even when I'm not angry, I always get asked, "Why are you so mad?" (laughs) When someone's joking around, it's normal to respond by acting a bit angry right? Even if that person's friend understands, if by chance a teacher comes along and angrily yells, "Hey!", wouldn't your face fall? (laughs)
Of the juniors, I have a good relationship with SnowMan ka na.... Also, unexpectedly, I'm close to the members of Snow Prince. Chino and I get worked up about yuruge! (laughs) That time, I lent my copy of the Hyakushiki-Ou Yuruge book to (Kishimoto) Shintaro ne.
And so, Shintaro tried out some of the yuruge questions on the Snow Prince members. He'd say something like, "Hm...Let's do the next one!" Then after Shintaro would announce the answer, Chino would say in a sharp tone, "What the heck kind of answer was that? Lies!!!" He's really adorable. (laughs) I would look at that spectacle with my eyes nearly closed, (a/n: from holding in his laughter?) probably looking like someone's uncle. (laughs)
Chino is the one on the top left (the shortest one/youngest one) and Shintaro (not Morimoto, but Kishimoto) is the second to the bottom on the right. He is the oldest member of Snow Prince.
Will work on Kishi and Massu's portions later.
I can't help but think that Sho has a huge soft spot for the Snow Prince members because he has younger siblings of his own. He was with Morimoto Shintaro in Battery too. lol Everyone loves Chino and everyone has a good time with yuruge.
Kishi Takayoshi
At school, there's a group of us 7 that always meet up. After school, we'd go shopping or something and afterward, because everyone's good at sports, we usually end up playing a game of basketball or soccer ka na..."Even if it seems impossible, no matter what, we'll still do it." We also behave idiotically(laughs). Everyone's got quite a strong character so even at school we stand out quite a bit.
Me too...even though I'm a junior, recently, bit by bit, I've come to reveal my real self. But even so, that's still only at about 60 percent of my true self. (laughs)
Within the juniors, I always talk with Myuto ka na... Last year, I performed with Myuto and gradually became closer with him. Myuto speaks like an adult and that's interesting. Also, MisSnowMan's Sakuma is someone that I've been talking with a lot recently. Next time, even though it's private, I want go out and do something with them.
Masuda Ryo
It's been a while since I've participated in club activities but when I did, there wasn't one person who I didn't know well. It became a bit of an inside joke. After lunch, I'd walk around with my friends and play a game of "making new friends". Of course, often times, it was the other party who would approach first and after talking a bit, if we clicked, we would gradually become closer.
At first, even though it was only a week long, I was able to make 5 friends! But I didn't approach them with just the thought of playing a game to make friends. That's bad! Bit by bit, I got better and better at taking initiative towards meeting new people.
Within the junior kids, I've become friends with everyone. But once in a while I go, "Eh? What was his name?" too. (laughs) The next step is to be more comfortable with the jimusho senpais na... But me taking the initiative to talk to my senpais is a bit...of a high hurdle for me to overcome.
One day, Hey!Say!JUMP's member Yuto began to break out in a Michael Jackson song and I joined in so we sang together enthusiastically. Afterward, I was so happy when members of KisMyFt2 approached me and spoke with me!

Translation: Duet April 2010 Paint It Spring
Just gathered: Fresh Diaries
The arrival of super fresh members!
The continually evolving Jr members talk about the theme "Spring". Of course, what their current up to is also included~
Takada Sho
The other day at school, in gym class, I was able to go bowling! My school seems fun right? Besides bowling, there's soccer, basketball and billiards. But I couldn't seem to decide which class I wanted to take. I mean, they're all fun and popular. Incidentally, a week earlier was billiards. ...maa. That was fun. This time when I went bowling and I scored 142 points. (The staff's reaction: "Amazing!" and applause)
No no no, it's not amazing at all! Because my best score was around 160. So 142 is a bit unsatisfying. Besides, at that time, a friend of mine was able to score 212...
Recently, I've been engrossed in billiards so that's probably why my bowling score fell na...(bitter laugh).
Spring: With the entrance of freshmen, I've become an upperclassman too. But as an upperclassman, I don't want to end up making fun of the freshmen(laughs). It's not that I'm trying to act cool. From here on out, when I greet my kouhai, I just want to be thought of as a friendly senpai.
Masuda Ryo
I'm good at English. I'm confident when it comes to listening. Recently, I've become able to comprehend Spongebob or Batman--American comics. Right now I'm addicted to American Idol. (translator notes: lolwioertajg!~!! Massu's adorable) Last year, (the runner up) Adam Lambert's CD went on sale but it wasn't available in Japan. But I was able to import it. He reminds me of Michael Jackson. Rock, Pop, Visual Kei. He blends it so well and every time I listen to him, I'm moved.
Spring: When I hear the word "Spring", I associate it with a smell. The flowers start blooming, everything's sprouting--that green, unripe smell is what I think of. What? I sound poetic? No, it's not like that. Even though I was born in Tokyo, since I grew up in an environment that was brimming with nature, I'm just attuned to the smell of spring. And when speaking of spring, it's the season of chance encounters...This year's spring, at the very least, if I can meet a great girl that would be great na....Why does it feel like I'm holding onto a such a fleeting dream?
Takayoshi Kishi
For me, I've come to love basketball! Since I can remember, I've loved playing any type of ball game. After classes, I'd play some sports games with a good friend of mine, but it's basketball that I've come to be most engrossed in. When there's not many people, we play 3 on 3. It's different from soccer, where you only use your feet to kick. Basketball is about using your hands to handle the ball and being aggressive when playing and that's a fresh experience(laughs). When dunking for example, if you can do it coolly that's great but I don't have that jumping power...(cries).
Of course, I've pursued it with a serious attitude, reserving a court at the community center. The old man in charge there said to me, "Next time, when we hold a basketball tournament, why don't you try out?" as if scouting me. Incidentally, the only ball game I suck at is baseball. Maybe because the ball is so small? If I were hit with it, wouldn't it hurt? (laughs)
Spring: When talking about spring, I think of clothes. The other day at a store I like, I bought a blue sweater! Its distinguishing point is that it's made with Alpaca fur. Next time I want to get a shirt na... Maybe I should purple ka na. It's my favorite color. If it's more on the light side, it'd be spring-like wouldn't it?
Translator's notes: I've been wondering about Masuda Ryo for a while now. Is he mixed? I really don't know. But it's cute that he watches Spongebob. An Adam Lambert fanboy. lol
Kishi....hahaha. Sho's specialty is baseball. How will you two ever play a game together????
And Sho...142 is great. He puts himself down too much. I can barely score 60.

Takada Sho loves orange.
He's kind of shocked that they asked him to come for Jr. Q
The week's question: What is your favorite color???
Sho's answer: orange~!!
Koyama kind of chuckles because he thinks that orange suits Sho to a T and then Sho gets asked why he likes orange.
He says something along the lines of..
The first song he danced to when he performed on Shokura was Cherish by NEWS and he was wearing orange.
Besides that, it's a cheerful color and he hopes that he can be cheerful so that the people around him feel happy too.

Picture of the Day: Takada Sho and the Dark Side of Johnnys
I'm sure that this picture was taken quite a while back, probably right after he started Battery. Before Misaki left. Before Kishi joined the group. Before Hiroki and Keigo were brushed aside.
Happier times.
Johnny's is both a beautiful and a frightening world. You can either reach your dream or not. Always feel that you're almost there or that you were so close and then it just...slips away. I hope that Sho will find a way to persevere, along with Ryo and Hiroki and Keigo and Kishi. It's really too bad about Misaki. Oh Johnny.

Sadness
I'm sad that Yamashita Shoon has left Hyakushiki...or Johnnys I suppose. I think of him as a veteran junior, one who can show the others the ropes. Confidence, easygoing, kind. I have no doubt that Sho admired Shoon. The whole Hyakushiki cast is really something else.
Much to think about. The unfairness of the world. Shoon. The brave front Shoon must have put on and the encouraging smile that Sho, among others, would have tried to give back.
